My husband, children and I have been visiting Dr. D. Hwang for over 10 years. Her exams are thorough and helpful and she is friendly and kind which made the visits especially easy when our children were young. She does not try to push you to get new glasses if you don't need them and she doesn't insist that you buy them from their shop. We do buy them there, though, because the team are great at finding frames that suit and with adjustments after sports mishaps etc. All of the staff have been very helpful to us. We requested emergency appointments a couple of times and she managed to fit us in. We'll be back!

I called the location after looking online and seeing the reviews. I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had with an eye doctor and her staff. The receptionist was very kind and funny, as was the other lady who was there (turn out to be the friendly lady I had spoken to earlier on the phone when booking a appointment ) I arived early as to make sure everything was filled out I was then brought back to one of the rooms to have the examination with Dr.Hwang. She is so sweet and kind, as well a wealth of knowledge. She explained every step and explaining her thought processes. I then for the first time had a photo taken of the inside of my eye, and when we went back to the room so explained how they looked and even gave me a comparison to other eyes. I'm a complete nerd and loved this. She gave me my prescription and answered all my other questions. I booked an appointment for my partner next week, he's excited to make it in. The ladies as well who I spoke with after on different glasses and typed where so much fun and you could really tell they loved there Job and cared about there clients. I would recommend 10/10!!!

FAntastic customer service. Dr. Deanna Hwang was very thorough with my eye exam. Technicians were helpful in picking out my new glasses and sunglasses. Reader's Choice plaque appears to be well-earned. Congrats!

Dr Kathleen Lum is the best and I have been seeing eye doctors for about 40 years now. Extremely thorough in her examination, with the patient's best interest always clearly evident. We have been seeing her for a few years now after a co-worker had recommended her to us. Although it is quite a distance from our residence in North York, we happily make the trip when needed
